Article 32.7.A.1: Two (2) points will be deducted from an active Flight Attendant\'s points total if they do not have a chargeable occurrence within a calendar quarter. You can still use a Doctor\'s Statement or PIN and still reduce your points by two (2), as long as the sick calls did not result in any points. This improvement will allow you to "bank" up to a maximum of negative two (−2) points.

Article 32.7.A.3: An active Flight Attendant who ends the 4th Quarter with four (4) or fewer points and who did not accumulate more than one (1) point since October 1st will have their points total reduced to zero (0). An MBL for which no points are charged will not count against this record improvement.

Article 32.7.B: An active Flight Attendant who has perfect attendance in the month of December will have their points total reduced by an additional one (1) point. This record improvement is applied on top of other record improvements and can be "banked" to the maximum of negative seven (−7) points.
